This was the second time staying here in the summer season. We enjoyed our stay both times. The shower could have been cleaner and the floor tiles in the bathroom needed to be grouted. Really cool hotel with character. We loved the beautiful spacious bar and hangout spaces downstairs. The staff was very positive, nice and helpful. We got to reserve the hot tub which was awesome and the pool was a great for a cool off afterwards. Nous n’avions qu’une seule nuit à passer à cet hôtel mais nous avons été agréablement surpris par notre chambre qui était quand même spacieuse et très jolie . Lit très confortable. Par contre, à l’heure que j’ai tenté de prendre une douche, il n’y avait malheureusement plus d’eau chaude . Nous avons profité du spa qui était très chaud et bien situé avec vu sur le bois. Le hall d’entrée est très jolie ! Il y a même des jeu de société et une table de mississipi! Bref, nous avons adoré notre petit séjour . Je recommande vivement!

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean but shower had mildew. Bathroom floor tiles had gaps along the wall. A piece of trim would have finished it off. Front lobby windows dirty and had a musty smell. Some nice amenities were water and cookies in the room as a welcome. Robes provided. Continental breakfast was adequate but pretty much the same each day. Fruit, bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juice and coffee. Pool was nice and well maintained. Bar and entertainment on weekends.

This place is a hidden gem. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms. Our air conditioning worked just great ( in fact it got so cool at night that we had to shut the ac off in the morning). The location is perfect right next to downtown and near all recreational activities. However, the experience is nothing without helpful staff. Which brings us to Zane. What an amazing person! A credit to the organisation. Zane is kind, charming, helpful, no, not just helpful but goes out of the way to make guests feel valued and appreciated. He truly is the best advertisement and ambassador for the Lodge.

The process was simple from start to finish. The check in desk staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, the property is unique and has a freshness that is not corporate so you feel the community in it's bones. The amenities are plentiful, breakfast was a welcome delight with build your own yogurt bowls, fresh fruit, deviled eggs and croissants....and of course premium coffee. It is my go to when I visit this area.
