“A convenient self-catering apartment close to the beach. A lovely welcome by the woman on reception and the cleaning staff also very nice.
Kitchen area was well-equipped and the bathroom had a bath and shower. Bedroom was spacious.
Only down-side was hearing the person in the apartment above us stomping around through the floor-boards! But I guess this is normal for a victorian building.
Overall, very satisfied.”

“The location was beautiful on the sea front and near the electric train. We rented a car for one day and we were easily able to find parking in front of the building. We didn’t eat breakfast at King’s House as we were busy in the mornings. We got fresh towels each day and a fresh supply of cookies and tea. The staff were eager to help with whatever you needed.”

“Property looks run-down with damaged wall and worn carpets. Old fashioned shower needed fiddling to balance from taps.
Breakfast - good selection and reasonable value. Charged extra.
Bed comfortable.
Would rate barely as three star.”
