"Had a great stay. I would say the harbor view upgrade was not worth it. There is an office building between the hotel and the harbor so you will get a sliver of a view. The balcony views will be a little better however the angle of the hotel and the blockage from the office building seriously block any full views. Breakfast was consistently good. The bar could step up the brand offerings a bit during happy hour. Bottom shelf liquor. It is a pet friendly resort but I was surprised to see a German shepherd in the lobby. Had a minor issue but it was addressed immediately and professionally. We came in to tour Charleston and the location was excellent. Just a few minutes drive from downtown. Expect to pay $32/night for parking which I feel they should eliminate since they are not a downtown hotel and the surrounding hotels offer free parking. I like to offer accurate reviews but at the end of the day, we would stay here again."
