“Our room was a disappointment: Wallpaper coming off walls, torn cushion on chair, toilet that kept running, tv remotes that did not work. That said, the location was fantastic! Easy to get everywhere. Apparently the building was the original Citadel, however there was no information on the history of it anywhere in the building and none of the staff (I asked 4 different people who worked the desk) knew anything about it. A missed opportunity to elevate a mediocre property in a historic town.……

“The property was old and dated. Light fixtures hung broken on the wall. The room furniture was chipped and old. The bathroom was clean but dated. We were very disappointed. ”

“The noise was HORRIBLE. You hear everything going on at the pool”

“Mattress is worn, actually had a concave feel to it air conditioner, ran all night would not turn off asked maintenance to fix they did not USB ports not working on one side of bed. Light was flickering with bad bulb very cramped. bed was right up against the wall just about.”

“It was my husband birthday and we always wanted to stay there because of the location and the restaurant and bars that it’s surrounded by but my room I booked I mold so they accommodate us to another room but my stay was everything and the restaurant/bar down stairs called Pinky’s is really good and has really good food and drinks ”

“Everything was great. Front desk manager and agent that checked me in was very nice even though they was dealing with a lot checking in groups of people. My room was clean as always and breakfast was great”
