The kitchen is well stocked with high quality cookware and appliances (there was even a large assortment of coffees, spices, sweeteners), the outdoor space is incredible, and the setting is gorgeous. We enjoyed watching squirrels and birds play in the oak trees throughout the property. Brett was an excellent host, he was great at communicating with us...

I would recommend bringing a fan to help sleep to drown out the HotTub and HVAC turning on at night, luckily I carry one with me. We weren't ready for the trains, which arrived every hour to two hours throughout the night, as the railroad is just a couple of hundred feet away—(Sunday night stay - not sure if this matters, which night of the week). ”

“Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!”
