"Stayed here several times before. Great that it is pet friendly. Unfortunately there were issues with the air conditioning however extra blankets and portable heaters were supplied. Our stay was fine however the rooms are starting to need a refresh. Looking a little dated. "

"We took a small vacation to Canberra with our children 9/12 yrs. The apartment was amazing. So clean and spacious with a lovely terrace to have a morning coffee. The host and property manager answered messages within minutes which put us at ease. Check in was easy and instructions were understandable. Location was brilliant. Three minute walk to restaurants, Hoyts and Westfield. With a Betty’s Burgers serving the best milkshakes! A great skatepark up the road and 10 min drive to most attractions. With Questacon, Australian Mint, Quizzical Alley for Harry P fans, Australian Museum, Bus Drpot Markets, Go Karting just to name a few places. We will definitely be back it had everything we needed. Thank you so much. "
"While attempting to check in the keys to the property weren't where we were told, after contacting the owner they advised "the cleaner must still have them and be cleaning still" however after looking further there was an open house for the property after our check in time. After waiting for the open house to be completed pushing back our check in time past what was advertised and planned around and getting into the property all the bed sheets were dirty with hair in them aswell as laundry still in the dryer. When contacting the owner about this they threatened to cancel our stay saying " you won't find anything last minute on a friday night""
"As this is a new building, the owners may need to consult building managers for some repairs.1. The ensuite bathroom toilet and basin were unusable. The toilet leaked heavily, and did not flush sufficiently. The basin drained very slowly. Plumbing and draining issues.2. The kitchen mixer tap is not connected to the bench properly and wobbles all around when trying to use it.These were big inconveniences to us as they are the most used items in the apartment.Location wise, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you."

"The building and everything was very new. Had everything you need if you want to cook meals too. WiFi issues was fixed straightaway too. Just be mindful that the sofa bed in the living room is only for one person but the owner can provide other beds. "
"This house was the perfect size for our family get together In Canberra. Beds were on the too soft side but we all slept well. Someone living in the bungalow out the back was a little awkward and the grass and garden needs work. Also the cookware and cutlery needs updating. We did have a fantastic time catching up in this lovely house."
"The property was clean etc but perhaps I'm just old but requiring the guest to empty the rubbish bins as a part of the deal seems a bit too 'Air B & B'. Other than that all good"
