“I am an advid traveler, and I enjoy all types of lodging accommodations. However, this property was not presented as described. I never received check-in instructions nor the code to access the property even though the information was requested days before my arrival. Upon arriving to the property the exterior of the home was not maintain. The driveway was littered with multiple trash bags and empty alcohol content and the trash bin was full to capacity. “When we arrived it was out of the way and near the golf course… seeing the ports potties in the yard next door was off putting but there was no smell so it was easy to look past them. The house and property was very pleasant and welcoming. Just enough room to be there comfortably. Everything we needed was there for us so we were great! Stacy is professional and friendly and an absolute joy to work with. Accidentally left with the garage door opener but I shipped that back to her once I got……

“Listing did not match the description. Home smelt terrible of smoke. Carpet, couch and property was very unclean. Standing water in the basement that made the house smell even more. Only 4 clean towels for 3 people and 3 nights. Only 1 extra blanket. No hand towel for bathroom. We had to purchase toilet paper as there was less than 1 roll. Door would not lock shut unless we pulled up on the entire door and held it up while it locked. Had to purchase cleaning supplies to make it so we could stay.……

“This is a nice, roomy home, with new furniture and beautiful decor. Comfortable queen beds. Great location. Large corner lot with big yard and nice big shade trees. Oscar was great to communicate with. We would, definitely, stay here again. ”

“We had a nice stay at the Holiday House. The decorations made it extra fun! We had 3 adults and 5 small kids — it was nice to let the kids play with toys and in the yard while adults hung out. The hosts were great! We had no issues with our stay, but the hosts were quick to respond when we asked for a recommendation for St. Patrick’s Day festivities.”

“We rented this vrbo during a heat wave, so we spent a lot longer inside than out. The AC systems worked well and we had a great time using the kitchen and media area. Id love to come back sometime to use the baskwtball, pickleball, and bocce ball courts as well as the outdoor bar. Zack and Bex were great hosts and responded very quickly. A few small thinga to improve: Some of the fans did not work, i expect the remotes just need a new battery. The AC could not go lower than 75. This is fine……
