"This is a great location, very peaceful. Nice to have a restaurant on site. They were very accommodating given that we had early morning tours. They fed us a tad earlier than they typically open. They were very helpful with everything. The location is uphill from town so we would walk down and take a $5 cab ride back up after dinner. The food at the restaurant was good. Lots of breakfast options. "

"It was a great room, the bed was slightly firm. No air conditioning in the room was a considerable drawback, but it had multiple ceiling fans. Staff was wonderful. Location is beautiful jungle setting along the river. Very nice."

"Cassia Hills has been around a long time and is a lovely property. Lounging by the pool was great, staff brought us fresh coconuts. In fact, the staff really MADE our stay. They bent over backwards to ensure that everything was great, helped us when asked and were lovely to interact with. Joe, Carlos and Sarlee (front desk) were friendly and kind. I was with my mom and aunt and our cabin was far from the front desk so Joe and Carlos drove us to and from the room...super nice. Would stay again. "

"This was the best resort I've ever stayed in, staff was super friendly, the resort and spa was relaxing, my time there was enjoyable. Next time I come back to Belize I'll make sure to stay here. Also the restaurant food was fabulous. Definitely will recommend to anyone wanting a jungle relaxing experience in Belize."

"Despite 8/10 rating & relatively low price the room was unacceptable. The bed cratered into a huge dip in the very middle, collapsed top to bottom & left to right. Wall 3ft from window so no natural light. Tiny jail sink with only 1x cold tap, no hand towel - only 2 mismatched stained bigger towels. Shower dirty & sheets stained. Cockroaches at night. Reception staff very unfriendly at arrival & no acknowledgement at other times. Working AC & 50m from tour companies the only positive."

Absolutely incredible staff, great communication leading up to my trip, friendly, attentive, and so helpful with anything I enquired about. Spotless room, super cozy bed, delicious food, beautiful trails, and a perfect creek for tubing or taking a little dip. Highly recommend visiting! "
