“It was quaint, clean as a whistle, perfect little cottage type room away from the restaurant where we could have privacy, see the river out the back window, watch fireflies in the trees while sitting in Adirondack wooden chairs outside our room and listen to the rain. JoJo’s Catfish wharf was so good we had supper one night and lunch the next day there. Wonderful food and service. The canoe salad bar was a complete winner with me!”

“Great location as far as the restaurant is in walking distance and another great restaurant right down the road, just about 5 miles for downtown Mountain View. Beautiful lake to sit on the deck and look at. You can not fish from your cabin, which was disappointing, the cabin is just basic. Clean and neat, but no amenities, whatsoever, but a beautiful location.”

S'mores supplies were provided which was a nice little touch. Games and DVDs in the loft area. They also have a Galaga video game machine which added a touch of nostalgia for my husband. Definitely recommend and would stay again.”

The ice maker was a surprise bonus. I purposely booked this cabin because the pictures showed a recliner in the living area. That was so nice to have for my husband's achy back.
