7.2/10 Good! (967 reviews)
Mold and mildew in the bathroom and rust on the door frame so the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. When we first arrived I look behind the nightstand for a plug and found trash, floor was dirty and laminate was pulling apart, no coffee or tea as stated in description and front desk staff was not very friendly. Lastly, we had to go to the front desk to have key reset because it wouldn’t work after sightseeing.

The hotels hot water heater for the entire hotel broke and no customers had hot water to bath or shower with.
The heat did not work in my room. I was given a discount but it was not nearly enough. I should have been comped the room. I mean I was cold and needed a shower. It was a shame because the facility is lovely and Gettysburg is a great place to visit.
