Room was very basic. Really hot and no air conditioning. The room had 2 fans but when I checked in the room had curtains open and window shut, so fans didn’t really help. The room was a little tired and lacked some basic amenities. I was looking for a bottle opener so went to reception who just said they didn’t have anything, not very helpful at all.

The room was very clean! Oshin was cordial and polite and the night duty came up to help with the tv even though it was after hours! We arrived after dinner hour so weren’t able to eat! I did have a nice Irish Coffee and retired to my room to have a bath, which was quite relaxing! Breakfast was excellent and staff were kind and more than attentive! Thank you for a much needed stay!
