"Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. I just can say I will never ever come back or recommend someone else to come here. "

"Incredible scenery, tucked in between the mountains of Peru. Hugo has a wonderful home. Lots of space with a fenced in yard, swing set and cabana. We enjoyed every inch of the space. Full kitchen was great for cooking and eating dinner in. The cabana was warm and bright in the morning sun for having breakfast. Their distance from town is far enough way for a quiet night's sleep, and close enough to walk into town if you're feeling adventurous! Heated showers were a welcomed feature. "

"We stayed at this property on our way to and from Machu Picchu, and it was an excellent choice. The hotel offers stunning views of the Ollantaytambo ruins, making the stay even more memorable. The location is one of the best in Ollantaytambo, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Taxis and tuk-tuks are readily available, and the train station is just a 7-minute walk away or a quick tuk-tuk ride. The staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was generous, and they even packed breakfast for us because we had an early train to catch, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money and is a great base for anyone visiting Machu Picchu."
