Property surrounded by new, high fence, so I felt safe. Quiet, except for neighbors' dogs who occasionally have bark fests. But these are infrequent and not loud. "Perfect location, great stand-alone casita, beautiful property. Private, quiet, classy & fun. However - we could only get one burner on the stove to work (the one closest to the smoke alarm, which went off repeatedly), one remote for all 3 TVs to work, the washing machine doesn't work & the host did not get back to us about it. And the living room curtains are so fragile it's ridiculous. It seems like a lot of complaints but everything else about the place is so nice, those screw-ups didn't...
