Fantastisk hotel med gode senge, lækker morgenmad og meget hjælpsomt personale. Vi var afsted for at deltage i en møderække.

Everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious, and the facilities were excellent. The location was also great, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.

The Bad: The hotel failed to reply to multiple Expedia messages regarding a ferry terminal pickup. Communication is paramount. Because of this silence, my wife and I had to walk half a mile at 9:40 PM from the furthest pier, tired and carrying heavy luggage in an unfamiliar city. The Good: The hotel's recovery was outstanding. The next day, Magda the manager was genuinely concerned and went above and beyond to fix the reception lapse. She provided several complimentary drinks and paid for our airport taxi upon checkout. The Property: The hotel itself is excellent. We enjoyed beautiful sea views, a very comfortable bed, and a great breakfast. Giannis at the rooftop bar deserves a special mention for his superb, 10/10 customer service. Location: Perfectly situated. It is highly convenient for the ferries, city centre, and airport, with great bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. We would definitely stay here again.
