The hotel has great air conditioning! I was there during a heat wave & the room temperature could be adjusted unlike some other nearby hotels. The staff was polite and helpful. The tram is right outside the front door and only 3 stops to the train station. My only suggestion is to have a mini fridge. It would have been helpful for cold drinks and snacks during the heat wave.

We loved having access to the guest kitchen including the fridge. The back terrace was in full bloom and a lovely place to sit in the evening with snacks and a drink after a busy day of being tourists. The breakfast was amazing with home made goodies (and we know they were homemade as we were in the guest kitchen getting water one day and the very lovely staff member was taking delicious smelling treats out of the oven!), a nice selection of fruits, cheeses, breads, etc. The staff were very helpful with suggestions and directions as well. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 experience!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is very nice, away from the noise. It's close to the zoo. I would stay there again.

Day 3 of my adventure to sweltering Zurich I needed to alter my plan to bunk at my daughter’s apartment ( no air conditioning there ) . While the room here was comfortable, it was frankly more expensive than two nights at a neighboring hotel on two previously nights ( no room available at first hotel for night 3). I guess that I needed to pay my “Dummy Tax” for not deciding earlier. 🤔

This is a real gem near the heart of Zürich! Quiet, comfortable, clean rooms. Air conditioning which is a huge plus. The shower pressure was great. Amazing staff and breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer!
