The apartment is located in a semi-detached house in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood in Mülheim an der Ruhr-Speldorf. The house is just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Uhlenhorst Forest, which is perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. The apartment is nonetheless quite centrally located and, in addition to good public transportation connections and the option to rent e-scooters and bicycles, offers excellent highway access to other major and interesting cities such as Düsseldorf, Essen, Duisburg, Oberhausen, Dortmund, Bochum, Cologne, etc., as well as nearby airports.

The vacation rental has been recently renovated and completely refurnished. The decor is bright, and each room is practical and harmoniously coordinated.

In addition to a cozy couch that sleeps 2 more people, the living room features a large flat-screen TV with satellite, a dining table for 4 people (the table can be extended, for example, to work on a laptop), and a display cabinet stocked with wine & champagne glasses. Furthermore, the living room is equipped with blackout pleated blinds (for sun and heat protection).
From here, you can step out onto the balcony. When the weather is nice, the balcony invites you to spend a few hours soaking up the sun in the fresh air (a table, chairs, and a parasol are set up on the balcony when the weather is good).

The bedroom is accessible from the living room and furnished with a large double bed (two single mattresses). You can easily store your clothes in the closet and dresser, and if you feel like watching a movie or your favorite TV show in bed, you can do so using your own login on the Smart TV. The bedroom is also equipped with blackout blinds.

The kitchen is small but offers everything you need for both quick and simple meals as well as for cooking a full meal.
Sink, oven with induction cooktop and range hood, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen appliances (filter coffee maker with thermos, toaster, blender, food processor). Ample dishes, cutlery, bowls, pots, Tupperware, and children’s items.

The bathroom features a large shower with a window, a large sink, and a wall-mounted toilet. Ample towels (included with your booking) are stored decoratively and space-savingly on a shelf. The bathroom is bright and modernly furnished. A hair dryer is also included among the bathroom amenities.

The hallway serves as the entryway to the apartment, leading to the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Here, in addition to the coat rack, you’ll find the fridge-&
freezer combo. Its location in the hallway makes it the most convenient spot for cooking in the kitchen or setting the table in the dining room.
An intercom system with a camera is installed in the hallway, so you can easily ring the doorbell even from the 1st floor.
