“This hotel is beautiful and everything about our stay was wonderful. Upon arrival, the young lady at the desk came outside and showed us where to find the parking lot. Check-in was quick and smooth. “Left a poor review about the check in process and upon check out I got questioned about it on check out. It just is not a Hilton level of customer service… the conditioner bottle was empty, no hand soap, a smoking patio that was locked. It’s a decent place, just not what I expected. Plus the noise from the road was pretty intense (and I live in a loud city) ”
