My flight to Seoul and bus to Busan were both delayed. I didn't get to the hotel until 3:00AM. There was no hassle. All of the staff were so helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to Busan. Subway only a block away so very convenient.

I upgraded to the ocean view room and it was worth it. Lovely views and the amenities were everything you could need, though we didn’t use them for the one night stay (washing machine, cooker etc.) Whilst the bathroom was small compared to the rest of the room it was big enough. It was very clean The only reason I gave it overall of a 4 is because the room wasn’t ready at the check-in time. Whilst we only had to wait another 15mins, I believe all hotels should have rooms ready for the time they state they will be

View over the port was my reason for visiting the Grand Bern. However the hotel is excellent. Only problem is that it is a bus or taxi ride into the city of Busan. Not many restaurants etc. near the hotel catering for western tastes.

I loved the size of the washroom and hotel room. It is truly amazing to find something of this size in Asia. Special shoutout to the staff member that found and delivered my passport, he is a lifesaver.
