The staff were very welcoming. The room was very cosy and oversaw the beautiful pyramids.

If you are staying in Giza particularly if you are planning to visit the pyramids, this is a great hotel. It feels almost like a family run place as you are made to feel very welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable and you are provided with a bath robe, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge and hairdryer. Saif is the reception staff who welcomes you and assists you with things such as booking taxis etc. You literally are neighbours with the pyramids so meals here as well as being good also provide a fantastic view. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with good room view. Property clean and staff very nice and helpful. The rooftop view is good for watching Light show but seems to be still being constructed for bar. The area is good for touring pyramids as right next to Sphinx entrance. Also the breakfast is good. Well done to friendly and helpful staff.

The view of the pyramids is fantastic and some of the staff are friendly and polite. The entrance for the Gizeh Plateau is a few meters from the hotel. Other than that the place is run down and not maintained. Crumpled bedsheets with holes, unsafe electricity, frequent brownouts and as a result no aircondition. The room was hot and sleep was impossible. WiFi did not work at all despite promises that it will soon. Buffet breakfast was pathetic. We checked out after 1 night instead of staying 5 nights. Hotel management refuses to refund and I opened a case with the Ministry of Tourism against Egypt Pyramide Inn.
