As I walked in maybe 9 or more staff members were at the front checkin area talking between themselves . I walked in maybe q0 to q5 seconds after I had to ask in a loud voice where is check in and all of a sudden all 9 or 12 of them sprung into action. Taj come on more kids u hire more idle talk will happen.
Parts of my room were dusty the fridge/ freezer for my insulin and ice pack did not work for my travel ahead.
Breakfast was small and similar each day service was good. Electrical outlets in my room by bedside looks like they been thru a war and had to use the ones on the desk and other side of bed. Ok but inconvenient.
Restaurants were good pricy but good
Ill stay here again not because of the management or front desk who were not helpful at all but the bfast crew and restaurant staff who made me fell welcome plus room cleaners.
Managers pls take away cell phones and get older more serious staff not who hVe here who see a new guest passing them and still in their useless conversations between themselves.
