The hotel is in a great middle location of city to see the sites and at night near many restaurants, cafes and bars. The breakfast was good. However, I had two things I was concerned about during my stay. First, I was unable to connect to Wi-Fi in my room. The Wi-Fi worked in lobby and breakfast floor only. During breakfast a guest accidentally dropped a serving utensil on the floor in front of staff, guest picked utensil from floor and put back on table. Staff did not remove dirty utensil from buffet table. The staff are great; the restaurant is different from the one when I last stayed there. Not bad at all but I preferred the food that was served in the last. The Terra bar that was on the rooftop terrace is no longer open. The bathroom/showers need a complete makeover! Very importantly these days, the internet connection is terrible and, to make matters worse, there are websites that are blocked so you cannot —at all— navigate in them; case in point, my airline’s website!
