The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly who also helped with our bags to the room. The restaurant had good food for breakfast and dinner and i wpild definitely tecommend to family and friends as it was only 10mins drive from the airport

I like their services and Mr Stephen was the very helpful person. His services were an excellent. I can recommend this hotel to stay longer period and with families. There is no nuisances. Their room services is an excellent . I will come again with my family .

We're regulars at Suba Galaxy and it continues to offer excellent service and a great buffet dinner at 8pm in the restaurant. Breakfast is included. Our room was upgraded and much appreciated as the extra space and comfort made it so much easier to prepare for our flight to London. Highly recommended, just a short drive to airport.

My recent stay in Mumbai

I stayed there for 5 nights and I am very pleased with the hotel except for the minor hiccups. The location was close to the International airport on one side and Bombay Exhibition Center on the other side where we were exhibiting. The pick-up and drop facility was excellent. The breakfast is whole sum and well laid out. If they can include fresh juices instead of canned, it would be lovely. The food quality is excellent. I loved the bedding which gave a very relaxing sleep.The range of guest amenities is impressive though the quality of shampoo and conditioner needs improvement. Also the soap packing was too strong to open. had to fiddle with it for a long time.

Promised a deluxe double room and on arrival night given on 3rd floor a room with 2 separate beds.Next day given a room on 5th floor with twin beds joined together with a queen size mattress. For couple of hrs. each day repair work of banging,drilling, scraping etc continued and once again given another room on 7th floor. This room the smoke detector, the TV and the electric lights did not function all through my stay with wash basin leakage and other multiple incidents.
