“Didn’t like the property. There were lot if mosquitoes in the room. Didnt get proper sleep. Paid for the breakfast didn’t get any breakfast as employee said its not included. Overall not satisfied with the service. ”

“Expedia lies when it states that hotel provides ride to and from airport. Site even states that if there’s no ride then client is compensated Rs 1110 each way to and from airport. Despite my call ahead n from airport n at departure no ride or adjusted compensation in bill. I only picked this hotel since this was mentioned in details st Expedia. No AC OR ANC IRON in room.”

“If you are looking for a serene hotel with fabulous staff and clean surroundings in Mumbai then this is the hotel for you. It was the first time staying at a Taj hotel group hotel and all I can say is that if this hotel is anything to go by, I will be reappearing it. The room was clean, great breakfasts daily, and lovely facilities. I was even fortunate to use the spa facilities which were first class. I had Reduka do my nails and Angel a scrub and wrap and both were excellent. I wish I’d gone……

“The room was nothing like the photos. I wish the photos given for the room was more realistic. That said the room was functional. The shower worked fine and had plenty of hot water. The bed was reasonably comfortable. It had a small but functional TV, the fridge did not work. We checked in at 4am and it took the front room staff a long time to verify our booking even after showing hum a print out and online verification of our booking. Ram took care of our luggage and was very friendly and……
