Friendly staff, very clean and very quiet. In a very nice area on the outskirts of the city but only a 15 min tram ride from the centre

The lobby is beautiful and I really appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby. The room was spacious and clean.

Fantastic location in the heart of Amsterdam and yet still on a quiet street. Ample space in the room we had with a spacious bathroom and very good air conditioning. Staff were very friendly

Rooms were clean but spartan. Tiny shower with no wand makes washing a challenge. Reminded me of a room at uni... very basic. Room was a bit tired, stained carpet, non-functioning window blind, cracks in plaster. Also can be loud from street noise at night. Staff was always friendly and helpful. A refresh of the rooms would make this a 5 star experience. As it is, it's just okay. Very close to the train station.
