With a distance from the sea between 20 and 50 meters, you will be immersed in the beauty of the most fascinating beaches in the world. Near the villa, you will also find a shopping center with a wide range of services, where you can buy fresh produce, cheeses, souvenirs and much more.
This exclusive property is located in a private and quiet condominium, and is surrounded by a spacious garden with a barbecue. The interiors are tastefully furnished, creating welcoming and pleasant environments. The living area has a practical kitchen equipped with dishwasher, a large living room with comfortable sofas and dining area, LED TV and air conditioning. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine. Furthermore, there is a bedroom with single beds that can be transformed into a double bed and a second bathroom without shower.
The large veranda, kissed by natural light, is the ideal place to eat outdoors and enjoy the view of the garden in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere. Inside the condominium, free reserved car parking is available.
