9/10 Wonderful! (1,011 reviews)
Overall, it was a clean, nice hotel. There were a couple of things in our room that didn't work well (the reading light by the bed would not stay in place, and my phone didn't charge when I plugged it into the outlet by the bed). The room was decorated attractively, and it was a quieter location.

Great and convenient place to stay. Was not crazy about the fact that I could not see the view on Sunday morning from the restaurant as it was closed to my level access and I had wanted to see the sunrise.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,067 reviews)
Room was very comfortable and quiet. Daily housekeeping without begging for it and they did a super job. Very clean and well-stocked. A woman named Rhiannon who is in the bar/restaurant was particularly kind and attentive, supplying me with a large container of ice water for my room as I was ready to walk to my room from the restaurant. As I told her, she helped to make this the best hotel experience I have had in at least five years. And I travel often! Would like to stay here again due to the great staff.

"They should take the “New” off of the front of the name. The place could use a good makeover. The rooms were large and comfortable they just need a facelift."
