“good experience, clean room”

“酒店地址没得说，可以说非常中心了，爱丁堡城堡就在旁边200米处。火车站也离酒店大约1公里。 公寓设施还算不错，只能说在这个地段，价位比较合理。适合一家人旅游出行的。”

“早餐挺不错的”

“The hotel front desk staff, Aleksandra, was very friendly and helpful. She kindly assisted us by contacting the Serbian consulate to seek support regarding visa matters, which was a tremendous help to us. Her warm and enthusiastic attitude left a very deep impression on us.”

“Good value for money. And 24 hours front desk. And aroind the corner there is a carrefour convenience store.”

“Huone oli uusi ja siisti. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta.”

“Great location in a quiet area only 20 minutes away from the Old Town by bus and also close to a Metro stop. I was very glad to be staying somewhere within easy reach of all the sights but away from the noise and crowds of the Old Town! My 8th floor room was spacious and well-appointed with a very comfortable bed, ironing board and iron, plenty of storage space, desk and chair. “Nice place. We got a free update during our first night and also stayed in a standard room the second night. Rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is nice, and the staff is very helpful. For instance, we had a very loud group on our floor (at 23:00!), called the front desk which swiftly solved the problem.”

“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which……

“Clean room very convenient location.”

“The only advantage of this property is the proximity to the train station. There is no luggage storage available and no amenities. I texted for help and they never responded to the message. We had a really nice interactive with the cleaner, but the management tried to make us pay for our room again with them despite it being paid already thru Expedia. I would not stay here again.”
