It’s an older hotel, but for the price it was great. Mr. Patel was great as well. No real amenities but were didn’t stay here for those.
If we are ever in that area again, this is the place we will stay.

We were upgraded to staying at the Victorian Inn- i would highly recommended. The house is charming and located in the historic downtown of Sioux Falls.

The room smelled like smoke from a previous occupant. The walls were dirty and a child had drawn with a red crayon in bathroom.the paint was chipping all over bathroom walls. You could hear every noise through the walls.

Nice place to stay, very friendly staff. Only problem I had was the room on the third floor was very humid so much so that the carpet was damp even when running air conditioner.
