“I was disappointed with our stay overall. We arrived about 30 minutes after the posted check in time, but there was no one at the front desk. After waiting around 10 minutes, I had to track down a member of housekeeping to help locate the front desk employee. Throughout our stay, I noticed several other guests experiencing the same issue. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool, but it was closed during our visit. It would have been nice to know that before arriving,……

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“The front desk staff were kind. The room was very quiet as it was right at the pool, but they were able to animate us with another room on the 6th floor. Ocean view was nice. The cleanliness and overall quality of the room & building needs major improvements. Shower walls & toilet had hair on them, the mold issue is awful. The smell and causing excessive sneezing & poor ventilation. The hallways and elevator not very clean.”
