“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“Our room was not very clean. You could see cobwebs in the corners. The toilet did not flush properly and the shades could not be brought up because the string was broken. The room needed updating. In general, the property was not well maintained. Bathroom towels were placed outside of rooms by some guests but were not picked up by staff. At breakfast, some of the outdoor tables still had to be bussed from previous night. The view was spectacular but the place needs to improve!”

“The staff was rude and having inappropriate conversations about other people asking for room service. They had roaches and didint want to give towels out”

“Our Seaside Suite was beautiful and looked like it came straight out of an upscale beach magazine. The pool was great for our 8 year old son and just a quick 2 min drive to beach on property was great. Really nice pickleball courts, restaurants and ice cream shop. Food Lion is right across the street which was perfect for beating the crowds. We travel monthly and are looking forward to returning to Litchfield Properties.”

“The location is quiet and beautiful. Lovely, clean property with staff keeping things nice all day. This is a very safe spot with on site security and helpful staff. The food at buckets bar and grill was delicious. Parking was easy. The beach was gorgeous and our teens lived all the different pools. The room was well appointed and extremely comfortable. Everything you need to cook meals in the kitchen. Tons of towels!”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. During my stay, someone vomited on my car while it was parked on the property. While I understand the hotel isn’t necessarily responsible for another guest’s actions, I was shocked by their complete lack of concern or willingness to help. (MS. KITTY) Manager! The hotel halls and lobby were hot, our room was cool, the floors and ceiling sweat in the room that they try using humidifiers, which is dangerous and a hazard for vinyl floors……
