“The room itself was clean, but the pool and fitness center are closed which was not advertised. They’re “renovating” so there are boxes and messes everywhere. Very little parking, the elevator looks like something out of a horror movie, very old, very scary. The hall carpets are dirty and it basically looks like they’ve bandaided everything to stay open while renovating. For no more than we were in the room it was fine, and again the room itself was clean. The free breakfast was ok, few options……

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“Its a beautiful view for sitting and watching the waves come in. The only thing wrong was no regular blankets to throw over yourself. Everything else was excellent”

“Rooms had a smell, was only one night or we would have asked to switch rooms. Tried to check in at 2:30 and front staff on personal calls told us to come back at 3 was too early. Will not be back, to many other hotels in area.”

“I would caution anyone to not stay in 636. There was no water pressure and barely any water from the old shower head. The front desk receptionist sent maintenance to fix the issue but there was absolutely no change. Room was dirty with tons of hair on the mattress protector that we removed from the beds. Bathroom barely had room for us to turn around in. Killed a roach in the kitchen. I let the front desk receptionist know all of the above upon check out and she was very apologetic and nice. She……
