The hotel was outstanding in every aspect. Staffs were very professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very reasonable regarding the cost and excellent in quality, quantity and variety. I like the hotel itself. It is clean, safe and the staff is very friendly. The only point is its remoteness; there is really nothing to do there except all ministries. If you are on business here; perfectly located. Use a taxi app since the hotel has its own expensive service.

The hotel is in a great location. Very safe and quiet. The staff at the hotel is very helpful. Salah at the front desk went above and beyond to make my checkin and checkout experience smooth. The restaurant in the hotel is great with a lot of options. Hesham and Kalnai from the staff are very attentive and make sure you are fed well. Overall great stay. Highly recommend the property for a stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable hotel,a short walk to catch the A1 airport bus or the bus into Ruwi/ Mutrah. Difficult to walk to the beach though it is very close by. Hotel has two bikes for rent. I recommend this hotel.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT....AGAIN!

I stayed at this hotel less than six months ago and liked it so much, I did not hesitate to rebook. It is in a good location and only a cheap taxi ride to some of the enormous shopping centres and tourist attractions. There is a small shopping centre attached to the hotel with a very small supermarket. Rooms are spotlessly clean and nicely appointed. Service is absolutely impeccable and the in-house dining is excellent although perhaps a little on the expensive side. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Property is very nice. The rooms are nice but cold (AC was set to 18.5). Excercise room and pool are excellent. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The attached mall was disappointing, no nearby food shopping or restaraunts. It is walkable (1/2 mile) to other side of highway and more shopping. Hotel resteraunt is good by way too expensive.

ALWAYS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!

This was my third stay at this hotel. It is absolutely spectacular. The service is absolutely fantastic. Rooms are spotlessly clean and very modern. There is a supermarket very closeby which is handy. Dining options are a short walk away. The in-house restaurant is fantastic but quite expensive. Beds are a little bit too firm for my liking. The pool is always incredibly warm with a fantastic view but it is ridiculously shallow. The hotel is centrally located and a short taxi ride to many of the tourist hotspots. I do like this hotel and I will stay here again. It comes highly recommended.

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL - JUST DO IT!

This hotel was absolutely phenomenal! It is in a great location close to many coffee shops and a couple of supermarkets. Short stroll to the beach. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean. The feature wall in the rooms is a map of the local area - so intelligent! Breakfast and the dinner buffet were absolutely massive - so much to choose from. The pool is heated to 32-35C all year round. Fabulous views from the hotel of the coastline or the mountains surrounding this amazing and fascinating city! The staff were absolutely beautiful - the service was truly 5-star and they were so welcoming and accommodating of every request. This hotel is by far one of the best I have stayed in and comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Need to to better at covering basics

The bedsheet, towels, etc. had some small stains. Nothing too egregious, but this is basic stuff that any hotel should be on top off. Surprsing since it’s a new property. I thought housekeeping would change the sheets for the next day but they did not. Other than that, good location.

I loved my trip to Muscat and felt very safe here especially as a lone female traveler. The staff were kind and helpful. The only problem I had was my airport pick up. My flight was delayed by an hour and the taxi didn’t wait for me. The contact numbers I was given in the pickup booking confirmation message were incorrect. They were ex employees of the hotel who couldn’t help. Once I contacted the hotel they were able to send another vehicle, but this was stressful on arrival, after a long journey.
