“Clean room, spacious enough and well located. Staff were outstanding . Very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that is a spoiler is also an advantage. HOTEL is in the heart of Bujumbura where everything you need is at walking distance. However, this comes with bars and churches(noise).This could not stop you book these rooms as the pros outweigh the cons by a tonne . I strongly recommend Hotel Hibiscus for their service . Thank you again for all the staff that contribute in my enjoyable……

“Property looks nice from outside but the inside is not properly cared for. The curtains are misplaced. They are dusty. The bathroom is not fixed. The showers are not fixed. The dinner was terrible. I was served half rotten chicken and i still paid for it. ”

“Please, this property is a scam and you have to refund me. My experience with them is very horrible and a nightmare. I got to airport and most of the taxi drivers don't know the place except one man. After we got to the area, two you men who don't look like security men came out with a surprised they are not aware I booked a room there. The young men called their master and he denied I booked an apartment there. The boys have no smart phone so my taxi driver took a picture of my documents to……
