"Very clean and bright, no one is on site, so check in was a challenge but it worked. Nothing was open on Sunday night locally so dinner was hard to find, but they had snacks, water and cookies available so we totally made due. Contact 72 hours before to ensure smooth check in, we had no phone so this was difficult. Cab to the airport was $25 they picked us up at 3 am no problem."
"Great location ! It's near the main central station so you can go anywhere in Napoli. The staff is quick to respond for your needs . The room is big with your main needs . Good coffee shops around too ! "

"I had a spotless room with the most comfortable bed I believe I have ever found in a hotel! The linens were top quality. Lighting was great. The staff (Cassie I think) was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for catching a train, bus, or subway. It seems that the hotel has taken a floor of an older building and renovated it, but you must find the hotel by going through a sawed out opening in a larger wooden door, finding building B in an interior courtyard along with a wire cage type of elevator that works very well when all doors are securely shut. Nothing seemed dangerous, just older and not kept up well. I am a 60 something woman traveling alone and was taken aback by all this. But I am so glad I saw it through and found this gem of a hotel!"
"From the first glance this hotel was amazing! Its very clean spacious and well designed. The room was brilliant great size and well equipped. All of the staff were so great and helpful and so welcoming, we really enjoyed the stay and the help with directions and planning things to do! Paolo and Luigi were fantastic.
