"Room was very clean. Had a proper office chair, which would be ideal for doing extended work at the desk. My favorite feature of this property was the second-floor terrace, which had comfortable seating and a good view of the Santuario de la Virgen de los Remedios. I spent hours there reading a book and admiring the view of the Santuario. "

"Nos pareció muy agradable el hotel, limpieza impecable, agua caliente, me encantó que sea tan silencioso, las cortinas blackout ideales. Mi única sugerencia sería que tuvieran personal de apoyo para ayudar con el equipaje ya que a nuestra llegada estaba lloviendo mucho y la única persona en recepción no me ayudó a cargar nada ni a recibirnos con un paraguas. A lo mejor considerar tener unas sombrillas a la entrada en caso de que esté lloviendo ya que el pasillo de acceso y subida a las habitaciones no está techado."
