The worst hotel, I’ve ever step foot in the first row was so bad I couldn’t even take my shoes off the floor so or so dirty the windows had black mold around them in the bathroom. The light on the ceiling had mold around it, the curtains and the window had mold on them The smell was so bad about made you sick Went downstairs and complained and they put us in a room upstairs. They said no one ever really stays in the second floor. It was late so we went ahead and stayed but I have never felt so dirty feeling sleeping in a hotel. We got up the next morning early and told them we was checking out even though I had paid for two nights because their hotel was so nasty and the lady I was talking to happened to be a manager and she nodded her head yes, I told her it was worth losing my $70 just to not have to stay there again for a night

Rooms were decent however nothing was on upon check in (TV and refrigerator unplugged and AC off). The hallways smelled so bad we had to cover our faces to get ice. Hallways are never vacuumed (proof in the Cheetos that were ground in the whole weekend stay) and the hot tub was broken. Oh and the best part.. the staff was cleaning the room with my kid in there sleeping!!! Kid was told to go back to sleep they'd be done soon. I've never been more misled about a hotel, this is a NEVER AGAIN booking.

Lots of sketchy men hanging around outside property. Rooms and hallways were dark and not numbered well. Original room was already occupied by a squatter I presume. Not a safe feeling for a single woman…will never stay there again.

This is suitable for people to stay in. There were mice, bugs, blood on sheets, roach in freezer, i had to through alot of things away out of fear that I could infest my house. This place needs to be shut down. We had no where else to go. It was the worst experience of my life thank got we could leave during the day. The hot tub was broke, there was mold on the walls, I took many pictures and will be contavting the health department. NO ONE SHOULD EVER STAY THERE.

For the money, this was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. $150 tax for a dirty hotel and room. People smoking dope outside the door where my grandchildren and I had to walk through. It appeared to have people living in their cars in the parking lot. Handrail so visibly dirty covered with black flith. Terrible

DO NOT VISIT! Hotel was far below Clarion standards. Chose hotel specifically for Hot Tub and was not working. They required that I place my card to look at a room. We ended up looking at three different rooms and all were very poor quality. Mold in Bathrooms, Stains on chairs. Stains under sheets. Returned to desk and spoke with Donald for refund. He was rude and replied no. Asked for the owner. He said the owner will not talk to anyone. Donald's responses seemed to sound as if this happens quite regularly. Decided not to stay. left hotel and forwarded complaint to Expedia, Clarion and choice hotel directly. Instead of assisting us with this issue both Expedia, and Clarion decided to just hang up on me instead of attempting to assist.

Room smelt horribly of mildew. Had to request linen change at check in because there was an inch of dust on the sheets kicked out by the air conditioner. Pool looked u clean. Hot tub out of service. Hallway carpets look like they have not been cleaned in years. As we were checking out 5 cop cars were speesing into the parking lot. Looks like we got out right in time.

This property was absolutely filthy. Upon arriving and checking into the room we notice blood spots on the linens, the fridge and freezer both had mold growing in them! The room next to us have several dogs barking. Definitely not an ideal stay for anyone with yapping dogs! There were people laying all in the hallway!

The place was very nice when you walk in the lobby. The pool looks recently renovated. But the hallways and the rooms smelled musty, smoke and just old. The carperts were really dirty as well. The light fixtures didn't work. The front lobby attendant took 3 times to find us a room with a working light fixture that didn't smell so bad.

The staff was veey helpful, and kind even to those who didn't have a reservation an just needed a second to charge their phone. Some rooms are being refinished and are VERY nice, the AC/Heating units work GREAT unlike most other cheap hotels. We stayed at the Travelodge across the street for 2 days, and in 2 minutes of being at the Clarion could tell that i made the right decision.

I do not like the fact that we had no air conditioning no hot water for 2 days of our stay and they didn't want to give us any kind of compensation for the inconvenience it basically ruined our vacation we couldn't even take a bath
