Staff was great and was happy with the room until the roaches appeared. We were moved to another room, which also had roaches. That's when we checked out and had to find another hotel. Still waiting for our refund.

Better Than Expected

Overall, we enjoyed the suite that we stayed in for a few days. The phone didn't work but that wasn't a big deal. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and always available when needed.

Went for pool and hot tub, both closed, continental breakfast waffel and cereal with toast, could of been worse, they did have clean rooms, and staff was very nice. I belive it should of been off expedia pool,hottub.and limited breakfast, the area is not so great around hotel

Pretty decent hotel

It was a very nice place on the inside, only problem with our room was the bathroom door was extremely hard to shut and when it was open it would hit the toilet. They only offer a small tube of shampoo so don’t forget yours! Breakfast was good, had a variety but if you’re a pancake lover like my family, you’d have to go elsewhere. Pool was quite cold but the hot tub was nice!

The property was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was pleasant and check in was quick and easy. Our door lock was broken when we got there, which was a problem but the staff did fix it. Unfortunately, it was while we we in the room and noisy and smelly. Also, our tv kept coming on after it was turned off and randomly changing the channel for no reason.

Not the best

Although the staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was acceptable, walking into the first floor it smelled of cheap perfume and dirty water. The second floor had a putrid sour smell throughout the hall. The room was clean . There was a phone , but when I went to call the front desk there was no cord or a place to connect the phone as if it was a display only. One of the bathroom doors we had to lift to latch. The horrifying part was in the morning as a roach was trying to enter our room causing us to leave early . I showed the picture of the roach to the housekeeper and to the front desk. The housekeeper apologized. The front desk man did not give me much of a response. This was my first time experiencing this type of bug and was terrifying.

Superb experience

Really well maintained, cleanand charming place full of character. Staff are super nice. Breakfast was unexpected and over the top. Will definitely stay again if we come here
