“I had to wait to check in as staff were not at desk. When she arrived, she was helpful enough. The hallways were dark and a bit dingy. In the room, the shower gel was out and the carpet near the temperature control was wet. When I entered the room, there was a chemical smell. I was very surprised by the condition of the property since I expect Country Inn and Suites to be of higher quality - and the price was not cheap. Breakfast was OK. I would never recommend this place.”

“The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The room was worn and tired. While it was “clean,” it was overly perfumed—I think to cover up more unpleasant smells. The bathroom smelled of urine. The air conditioner did not cool the room. The breakfast was lacking compared to other hotels in the chain.
