Avoid this place! The place was filthy. Staff were ok but they sold it as a bed & breakfast—the breakfast was cold cereal and individual wrapped toast and bagels. Nothing like their description on Expedia and for the rate we paid holy cow!! The jetted tub had black mold around every jet!

This is a quaint older Inn in the middle of town, cannot beat the location, near everything. We loved being within walking distance to shops, attractions, restaurants, the beach, promenade, etc. Very friendly staff, they were very accommodating with my daughter who has down syndrome. The rooms are spacious, kept very clean, and our room balcony was a plus. Overall super happy with our stay - we will definitely book again in the future.

The staff was so kind and helpful. They included a continental breakfast and 24 hr snacks and drinks. Access to a refrigerator and microwave. Right across from the boardwalk. Room was very clean and we had a good size balcony. The only thing would be they haven’t remodeled in quite some time, But I’m sure that would raise prices, so all good.

We had a wonderful stay at Harbor House Inn. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the inn was quaint, charming, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. One of our favorite parts of our stay was enjoying the continental breakfast on the screened-in porch. The peaceful setting and beautiful view of the lake made it the perfect way to start the day. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again the next time we’re in Grand Haven.

Only area that was half way clean was the front desk and inside common area. The stairway hand rails, carpets, & walls FILTHY! The doors throughout FILTHY! All door's in the room, hall, & entrance have dirty hand prints & sticky knobs, DISGUSTING! We had been here last year & couldn't wait to return, but this place did a 180° turn for the WORST! We will NEVER come back unless someone addresses these issues. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Needless to say, it ruined that part of our trip. YUCK!
