This is the most wonderful place to stay in Voss. We had breakfast and dinner during our stay and the food was incredible. If you're a foodie like us, this is the place to book! At breakfast we were treated to homemade sausages, bacon, salami and cured meats. There was also cheeses, eggs, fresh fruit, loose leaf tea, fresh coffee.... I had 3 or 4 plates at breakfast, I couldn't stop! At dinner we enjoyed local mushrooms foraged from the woodlands around Voss and perfectly cooked Trout. The negroni I had after dinner was made with local gin and just delicious! The family who run the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. They care about making sure you have the best possible time, giving us tips on everything from souvenir shopping to weather apps. I don't usually write reviews but this place should not be missed!

We loved every minute of our stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the town is so quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

There is nothing better than a homely well run family hotel and Fleischers is exactly that. There is a super strong team spirit focused on delivering first class service. The hotel has so much character but has still managed to modernise sympathetically. Rooms were lovely. Pool was amazing and warm! The views were to die for even in the showers. Breakfast was simply lovely and I enjoyed everything with pots of English breakfast tea. I booked for 3 days but stayed for five and I will definitely go back. Food in the evening was very nice and i5 was nice to see community events running too. I lively character professional establishment. Thank you.
