Location great, really a budget hotel but still very high priced for what it offers. I didn’t see a staff member in the hotel, needed to check in down the road. Not a big deal but staff there was not helpful.

Undeniably a gorgeous location! Communication was a problem but only at 1st. The Expedia message did not work. You have to use WhatsApp to contact them about the door code. Parking is scary if other cars are there. It's a tight squeeze to go anywhere in Undredal though. It's a one-way road, in and out. I will never forget that view though! It was definitely worth the sketchy drive!

I needed to sleep a night close to Flam and decided to take the touristic train and stay here on my way to Oslo. Beautiful hotel surrounded by mountains. Quiet, peaceful. Just beautiful. They have a restaurant which offered a delicious buffet. Very impressed. Definitely a spot for someone looking for tranquility. There is a trail too that can take you all the way to Flam. From here you can take the train to Myrdal station (1 stop only 3 minutes) and change trains to Oslo. Very easy!

"The hotel dominates the small Flåm hotel. It is right next to the train station and the fjord boat. The prices are astronomical but unfortunately the main and one of the only places to stay in Flåm. The rooms are nice but basic. Views of the harbor are beautiful! The breakfast is fabulous!"

"The location is wonderful as the hotel sits by the fjord. Our room has two balconies with great views! The breakfast is exceptionally good with a lot of variety of food. Staff is very helpful. He allows us to trade two complimentary local beer to two bottle water."
