He was adamant and on escalating the matter with his supervisor the matter was resolved. The room was smelly and the breakfast was cold and bland. The toilet in the room was not cleaned and still had poo stains on the seat (although the cleaning staff had still placed a "disinfected" sign on it). The area is not very convenient either, as it's surrounded only by car dealerships; there is nothing of interest within walking distance. Perhaps it was a bad night, but when I stayed here many of the other guests were extremely rude and drunk; slamming their doors and yelling down the hallway at their friends. The hotel staff did nothing to quiet the loud party goers. The wifi was dropping off every 2 min. The restroom tap leaked and smelled like gutter. There was a leaking sprinkler above one of the beds that soaked a bed completely. Property and rooms are very well maintained. Food is great. Staff is extremely courteous. Hotel is located at a short driving distance from most local attractions. Not so much for walking in the evening though. The hotel staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful arranging taxis and rickshaws as needed to get around. Our room was quiet and the air con was very cool. Breakfast buffet was a delicious spread. Easy location. Our Bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. Huge upgrade from our previous hotel.
