"Comfortable two-week stay with attentive service and plenty of on-site amenities My wife and I enjoyed a two-week stay in Room 420, which had a balcony overlooking the leafy courtyard—a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. From check-in to check-out, the Gaia team was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Highlights: Clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping kept our room and the common areas spotless throughout our stay without disrupting us. Delicious and convenient dining. A plated breakfast is included daily (fresh bread, cornbread, chocolate croissants, olives, and eggs), and the restaurant opens for dinner with a solid menu. The woodfired pizzas were our favorite. Reliable essentials. Strong air conditioning and steady Wi-Fi made July heat manageable. Things to note: Evening music. The bar’s playlist goes until around 1 a.m., so light sleepers might prefer rooms farther from that side of the building. Events on-site. The hotel occasionally hosts weddings and other functions, which can make things lively for a night. During our stay, a three-day artisan exposition brought some crowds, but everything settled down after events ended. Bottom line: Hotel Gaia was clean, welcoming, and well-managed, providing exactly what we needed for our extended stay in Nabeul. We’d gladly return."

"Great place to stay with famil and grind. Quite place, a lot of entertainment on site sit. International food to suit everyone around the day and mainly night, calm place to enjoy around the swimming pool."

"Tout était parfait ! Un seul point c’est la cuisine en piscine avec notamment un burger en piscine avec un steak surgelé qui n’a rien à faire dans ce type d’établissement. Beaucoup d’aliments sont sourcés localement et les restaurants le soir sont très bien donc on etait très déçu de la qualité de la cuisine coté plage et piscine. En dehors de cela le cadre est parfait, le personnel est tres attentionné, le service en chambre qui passe deux fois par jour. Le lit est fait et préparé pour qu’on peut s’y glisser le soir, le calme et la propreté "

"We had a wonderful time. Everyone was very helpful and the Animators team are absolutely AMAZING! Lots of activities to do and no real need of going outside the hotel. Although the localisation it’s great and you have the option to do lots of trips and visit lots of places. We will defo come back. "

"I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything I needed. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely cared for. The cleaners, in particular, were fantastic—not only did they keep the rooms spotless, but they were also so friendly and cheerful every day. It really made a difference and added a personal touch to the stay. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the location couldn’t have been better—absolutely perfect for getting around and exploring the area. I’m so glad I chose this hotel and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!"

"A 4 star for a 4 star...which is much more a 3 star. Staff are friendly, but laid back. If you manage to get their attention it'll still take 10 mins to get you a drink. The animation team are constantly working, long hours from sun up for breakfast to after sundown and closing shows. 8am to 11pm. Got to hand it to them. Amenities need updating, as do rooms. Our shower drain was blocked when we areived, meaning an 11pm flood! Maintenance areived within 5 mins, and a cleaner 10 mins later. Great service...but after the fact. Beach is a few mins walk down a dead end street, so very quiet. Beach is busy though"
