I reserved a queen size bed room , and they gave Me a full side bed. For me and my husband.
I did check prior to my arrival with Expedia confirming a/c on the rooms, wich they confirmed it . Time check In there was no a/c
Some one put a sign on my door so not make room or disturb, not me. And they didn’t make my room. If you reserve with time a queen bed and they don’t have the price would be less of what I paid. But no, they didn’t care
