The property was spotless, and the service was very efficient. Ms. Disha at the front desk provided outstanding assistance with a friendly attitude. She handled every query patiently and made the check-in smooth. Great service, perfect location near IGI Airport — highly recommended for travelers!

Safe location. Lots of staff trying to be helpful. Breakfast was outstanding with friendly, caring staff. Bathroom updates fell short. Shower poorly designed, water ends up everywhere.

The Imperial is a beautiful hotel, stunning architecture, lovely gardens & a remarkable greeting on arrival. Our room was lovely too. The hotel is very reminiscent of Raffles in Singapore. An oasis in the heart of the city. Breakfast is the only area of criticism. This is a 5* hotel, with a 3* breakfast offering. Set up as a buffet, the process for hot drinks & eggs/ cooked dishes is unclear & not explained. No staff are by the entrance on arrival. You have to try to ‘catch’ a member of staff for service, very frustrating when one day we asked 4 times for butter for our now cold toast & omlette. Breakfast is under staffed & staff are untrained, surely a reflection of management & not the staff. There’s an amazing welcome on arrival by multiple staff members, if cost is an issue, please please redeploy some to serving breakfast. Really lets down an otherwise wonderful hotel.
