“My family and I had the best time here. It’s a great property with very nice amenities and the staff is wonderful. All the agents at the Front Desk were wonderful. I wish I knew everyone’s name. Pablo at the FD was very helpful. Very nice breakfast with a superb view. Perfect location as well. We stayed at the Condor cabin.”

“Do not stay here. Grossly overpriced. We were literally the only single guests in the entire hotel which was incredibly creepy and made us feel unsafe. The owners of the hotel live there, and they were about the property throughout our stay which was weird. They are terrible at communication and messed up a lot of things for us, which cost us real money as well. Their concierge efforts are horrible and communication was very difficult. This was also the middle of their high season so there……

“Wonderful boutique hotel, we were so pleased and happy to stay here. The staff was wonderful, the property beautiful, there were kayaks and bikes to use. Overall great. Just thought that the restaurant was exceptionally overpriced for dinner, more than the Ritz! However the food was great. Would stay here again. ”

“Excelente estadía, buen servicio y el desayuno/comida del restaurant riquísima. La habitación Pehuen es amplia y la cama super cómoda. Una oportunidad de mejora es que el ruido del área de restaurante y de la habitación de arriba se percibían en la habitación, cada vez que caminaban arriba o rodaban maletas se escuchaba debajo y nos interrumpió un poco el sueño. Luego de eso todo impecable ”

“Lo mejor del lugar es la vista de los dormitorios al lago, espectacular. El check in fueron muy amables en aceptarnos a las 13:30. En general el departamento estaba bueno, el depósito del baño a la mañana temprano no cargaba y el desagüe del baño estaba tapado, faltaba un poco de mantenimiento, había tres parrillas que en los días que estuve nadie las uso pero estaban sucias, y nadie las limpiaba, con las parillas había una mesa que tenía rotas dos patas, y dos días entre al cuarto donde estaba……

“Interesting concept for an apart hotel - nice building with great facilities. Rooms were also excellent. Perhaps unusual was that breakfast components would be brought to the room the evening before, with fresh bread and pastries delivered following morning after 8:30 am. A bit late and unclear why the hotel could not arrange for a common dining place.”
