The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to a convenient train station, where you can take the MTR into various areas of interest. The shuttle comes every 30 minutes or so for both pick up and drop off. We used it every single day that we were Hong Kong without any problems.
The hotel also provides a free cell phone to use. There is a hotspot feature so you can connect your phone to it. You can also make free phone calls on it. The phone wasn't the most reliable. The hot spot didn't always...
