"Many staff members are good, but some could be more helpful and sensitive to the needs of customers. For instance, the security staff at the entrance do not always open the door for my Mom who is in wheelchairs. Nor did they help when we got into and off the car. A cleaning lady rang the bell in the morning and asked when she could do the cleaning. Whereas she's polite, it was intrusive."

"Excellent hotel, rooms and service. However, I gave only 3/5 on the amenities due to the shuttle bus to the airport only running once per hour. If you land late at night, last thing you want to do is wait 45 minutes at the airport. Given the rather remote location of this hotel, guests need a solid shuttle service. Special mention to the front desk. The check-in process was very efficient and welcoming. The hotel just needs to fix the shuttle issue and it will be a blast."
