“Property location is really nice with good views, food was good. Room needs bit of furnishing, as there were no wardrobes.. Slightly over priced compared to the amenities in the room.
Hospitality was better when this hotel was called Manu Maharani, this time felt like corporate vibe with less personal touch.. More like money and profits..
Thanks”
“Excellent heritage property surrounded by lush green trees with beautiful mountains in the distance. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast offered good variety, and the local dinner dishes were absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the market.”
“Breakfast was good The facilities at the hotel were very poor . Not enough hot water with a notice in bathroom saying you have to wait 25 min after filling up one bucket of hot water. We were given miniscule
Bottles for soap and shampoo. Nowhere near 4 star. 2 star is the rating for this hotel. Very disappointed”
“We, family of 6 stayed there for 5 nights in dec21.
Pros:
1. Spacious rooms with powerful heater in place.
2. Good breakfast. Dinner is lip smackingly delicious.
3. Great heritage properry.
4. Very good service
Cons:
1. The approach road to the property is very very steep.”
“Property is at very Posh location just 200m from nainital bus stand , with a great lake view from deluxe rooms, helpful staffs provided early checkin without any fuss.
Cons : there is a steep incline road to reach the hotel , may cause some issue to elderly or childerns.
Overall great experience would recommend everyone.”
“Room was beyong our expectation.
Staff was friendly and understanding.
Best part was the peacefull environment. We enjoyed every second and food was good. A must stay place if you are visiting Nanital with family and specially kids.”
“There is no parking facility. We stayed in R.N. 15 top floor on 13th June. Rooms are dirty, smelly and filthy. Wash basin in bathroom is broken. No geyser in bathroom which is a basic need in a hill station. They charge Approx. Rs 4000/- per day which is far higher as compare to facilities available.”
“THey gave us a room behind the garbage area which was having bad smell. Also, when we called to staff there was no response so everytime we had to go personally for any issue.”
