Minato15 nights9.6/10 - Exceptional (17 reviews)"Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. The staff were so kind, super helpful..."Reviewed May 18, 2026Roundtrip • New York (EWR) - Tokyo (NRT)EWR - NRT • 1 stop NRT - EWR • 1 stop - Premium MONday ASAKUSA I

The large refrigerator helped as well as the kitchenette with utensils. The bathroom was large and very clean. It had a double sink which is very helpful in the morning when we are trying to get ready and out the door. Would definitely stay here again.
