博多の宿泊に利用しました。場所もよく博多の街にごはん行くのも、ぶらぶら歩きで行けます。20分くらい歩きますが。しかし、近くにはよいお店も多くてなかなか。部屋は一棟を1階、2階で別々に借りる形で、私は1階に泊まりました。洗濯機もあり、洗濯可能。乾かすのは浴室乾燥使えます。目の高さ以上のところは埃が目立ちます。カウンター上のおしゃれなライト、桟などは、産毛のような埃があり、きれいな建物やおしゃれな作りなので、逆に甘さが目立ちます。総じては、満足ですので、また泊まりたいと思います。

The place is neat and just nice for 5pax.There are few convenience stores nearby. Restaurants tend to open after 11am. Instead of walking from Hakata station, there are buses that can take you directly to the bus stop (about 2 stops) which is just few steps away from Roi.
