Overall, my stay has been great. There's a ton of shopping in the building, so it's very convenient. The staff is so nice and helpful. Complimentary drink at the reception is incredible. The room is clean, but one thing, I found a bug on one bath towel and some stains on another towel, so the towel cleanliness may need improvement.

Overall, we had a very positive stay. The room was modern and comfortable, the bed was excellent, and the sheets were incredibly soft. The staff at check-in were cordial and informative, and the large TV was a nice bonus. My only complaints were the shower design, which flooded the bathroom floor after every use, and inconsistent water pressure—the cold water would briefly cut out every few minutes, resulting in an unexpected blast of hot water. Other than that, I’d happily stay here again.

The hotel and rooms seemed almost new and it was very clean and tidy. Breakfast had a good selection of variants, both asian and western. Easy to park the car and direct access to the shopping mall from the hotel.
