Service is great. Security is also great as the only way to get upstairs to your room is through the reception. It's as good as it can get for a 3 stars hotel. Just don't expects any fancy facilities. You paid for a room and a room is all you're getting. The hotel is in a neighborhood so there's not much to do in the vicinity. Closest convenient store is a 10 minute walk. You will need a car or download Grab and call a taxi if you want to go anywhere.
