The water was not hot, and the room was not cleaned well.

Villa was nice, well stocked and very clean. The trail going up to it needs more lighting, coming in after dark was an adventure. Very quiet.

The entire staff at the hotel and restaurant were fantastic. We will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was fresh however would have like to seen "grits" on the menu everyday instead of just one (1) day. Would like to have had more "lunch" options since expensive steak place was the only one within the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay there however there were a few areas of concern that I feel that truly meeds to be addressed. I was stuck in the G elevator and I didn't feel the " sense of urgency" from the time I rang the call button for help actually I was helped by concerned people at the hotel that pryed the door open with their hands. I velveted my car they were very friendly. I check my statement and there is a charge for an amount that is specified I called several times and once I said billing they just abruptly transfered me no " one minute" please hold for the transfer" or NOTHING! The phone rang a few times and then the call was routed back to the front desk were a male names Ari answers and said "Oh hes probably at lunch" just try calling back.
